Michael C. Casey

Michael is a data engineer and food systems professional. He has worked with food growers, processors, and wholesalers in the US and abroad to improve business profitability and promote economic development. He holds a Master of Science in Food Policy and a Master of Arts in Development Economics, both from Tufts University. Casey grew up on a farm in New Jersey.

Maxwell C. Pollock

Co-Founder and President

Maxwell C. Pollock is a supply chain and digital marketing professional. Pollock develops effective growth, customer experience and operational improvement strategies and maintains compelling online content as President of the co-pack manufacturing marketplace, GhostLabel. He created the marketing framework for New Jersey-based tea importing startup Royal Tea New York. Under Pollock’s leadership as trader and then director, the tea subsidiary’s yearly gross revenue went from less than $50,000 to $1.2M in three years. He toured and met with tea farmers and producers in Kagoshima, Japan in 2019, and has exhibited and presented at various food and beverage US trade shows. Pollock has led retail and business-to-business teams for over seven years in the coffee and tea industries.
